BOOKING TERMS

RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATION

All classes can be reserved through our online booking portal.
​
It’s okay if you change your plan!
​

You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours prior to your class. A cancellation will be refunded in full.

For credit card payment, a 2.5% third party transaction process fee will be applied.

Project Snail can only offer a 50% refund for missing a booked session or cancellation occurred within 6 hours before a session starts.
CLAY & FIRING
​
Student will be given 5 kilos of clay to practice during class.
​
Remember to select the "include finishing service" add-on, if you are booking for the (one-off) Experience throwing workshop.
This covers the trimming, glazing and firing works done by us for one project per person.
Finishing service for addtional project is $15/ project.

7-8 minutes' walk from both Newtown and St Peters train station
​
By Bus:
Route 308 (get off near Union Hotel) + 1 min walk
Route 422 (get off near Union Hotel) + 1 min walk
Route 370 (get off near Union Hotel) + 1 min walk

By Train:
If you are not afraid of the King St traffic and decide to drive, there are 2-hour free street parking spots along Alice street and adjacent side streets. :)
